Purdue Extension Kosciusko To Offer Course ‘Identity Theft: What’s In Your Bag’

WARSAW — Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Health and Human Science Educator, Shannon Shepherd, will be presenting “Identity Theft; What’s In Your Bag?” at the Home and Family Arts Building, Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, 1400 E. Smith St., at 12-1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13.
Identity theft can happen to anyone, but there are some precautions to take to reduce the risk. This interactive program will teach awareness of how much personal information individuals carry, provide ways to help prevent or decrease risk of having an identity stolen, and teach the steps to take if an identity has been stolen.
