OTTERBEIN — A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a missing Otterbein man.

Donald Whistler

The Otterbein Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Donald Whistler, a 43 year old white male. Whistler is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 100 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, wearing a dark blue shirt and green khaki pants that can be converted into shorts.

He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
