LEESBURG — A Warsaw man was flown from the scene of a three-vehicle accident on SR 15 Friday morning.
At 11:37 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to a three-vehicle accident on North SR 15, at the intersection of West CR 600N, Leesburg.
According to a KCSO accident report, a red 2016 RAM 2500 driven by Luis Daniel Cazares-Ramirez, 32, Carpentersville, Ill., was driving north on North SR 15 when he rear-ended a black 2007 Pontiac Vibe.
The Pontiac Vibe, driven by Ryan L. Flora, 41, Warsaw, was stopped in the northbound lanes of SR 15 to turn left into a business parking lot. The collision caused Flora’s vehicle to be pushed into the southbound lanes of SR 15 and hit by a black 2015 Lincoln MKX driven by Anthoney I. Urley, 26, Warsaw.
Cazares-Ramirez was uninjured. Flora was flown from the scene for a head injury. Urley complained of head and neck pain, and sustained abrasions to his neck and shoulder area.
Damages are estimated up to $100,000.
