Vining Arrested For Operating Vehicle While Driving Privileges Suspended For Life

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested for allegedly driving a vehicle while his driving privileges were suspended for life.
William Lewis Vining, 42, 4079 N. Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw, is charged with operating a vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, a level 5 felony.
On Oct. 3, a Warsaw Police officer was patrolling when he saw a vehicle owned by Vining, who had a driving status of habitual traffic violator.
The officer pulled the vehicle over and identified Vining as the driver.
According to court documents, Vining’s driving privileges are suspended for life. He was convicted of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator in Kosciusko County in June 2009.
Vining has already been arrested and released on his own recognizance.
