Learn The Best Ways To Garden In A Small Space

WARSAW — Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator Emily Kresca will be presenting “Small Space and Container Gardening” from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, at the Senior Center, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw.
“Small Space and Container Gardening” can help urban dwellers and those with limited outdoor areas, such as a balcony, patio or tiny yard. The principles of maximizing limited space, including selecting the right containers, choosing suitable plants and employing vertical gardening techniques will be covered. Also, discover tips for soil health, watering strategies and seasonal planting to ensure your small garden flourishes.
