Warsaw Area Career Center’s Blue Apron Restaurant Now Open For 2024-25 School Year

WARSAW — Warsaw Area Career Center’s administration is excited to announce the opening of Blue Apron, a student-operated restaurant that offers a unique blend of handcrafted meals and hands-on learning.
The restaurant will officially reopen its doors (for the 2024-25 school year) to the public on Oct. 1, providing a delicious, chef-inspired menu prepared by WACC culinary students.
Blue Apron will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at the WACC, offering guests an opportunity to enjoy a variety of fresh, made-from-scratch dishes in a cozy dining atmosphere.
Menu Highlights
Blue Apron’s signature dishes include the Cubano sandwich and the flavorful hand-breaded pork tenderloin. The menu will also feature rotating weekly specials, giving guests new culinary experiences throughout the year. Lighter options such as the crisp Caesar salad and the Tennessee salad, a unique take on Nashville Hot Chicken, are also available.
To complement the meals, Blue Apron will serve a variety of scratch-made soups, including the popular loaded baked potato soup. Dessert lovers can indulge in options like crème brûlée and rotating flavors of cheesecake, which change weekly.
