Plymouth Woman Arrested For Allegedly Making Threat Toward Marshall County Judge

PLYMOUTH — A Plymouth woman was arrested after allegedly making a threat toward a Marshall County judge.
Sharlotte Ashley Preston, 34, 11716 4A Road, Plymouth, is charged with intimidation, a level 5 felony.
On Sept. 15, a Culver Police officer responded to a threat report. A person said they received a message on social media where threats were made against one of Marshall County’s judges.
According to court documents, Preston was identified as the individual who sent the message. The judge who was threatened said Preston was unhappy about a recent court decision that was made.
In the message, Preston threatened to place someone at gunpoint and put the judge “on blast real soon.”
Preston was booked in the Marshall County Jail on Sept. 22.
