Phyllis Jayne Lentz, 94, Nappanee, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024, at home.

She was born Jan. 19, 1930. On Nov. 22, 1950, she married James Lentz, who preceded her in death in 1994.

She is survived by two sons, Jeff (Nancy) Lentz and Terry Lentz, both of Nappanee; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
