Jesse Elsworth “Jay” Parrett III, 77, Wabash, died at 12:36 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024, at Parkview Wabash Hospital.

He was born Sept. 4, 1947. His wife, Kathryn L. (Pattison) Parrett, whom he married Oct. 22, 1967, survives.

He also is survived by two sons, Jeff (Kathy) Parrett, Roann, and Jason (Laurie Ihnen) Parrett, Wabash; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Sanders, Wabash; and sister-in-law, Rosie Miller, Wabash.
