Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 1:07 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, 7900 block East CR 400N, Leesburg. Roger D. Kuhn reported a hit-and-run vehicle accident resulting in damage to a mailbox.
- 6:09 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 300 block East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Officers took information on a battery report.
- 2:54 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 4200 block West Old Road 30, Warsaw. David R. Harman reported a vehicle accident resulting in property damage.
- 4:14 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 10000 block North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Officers investigated a report of shots fired.
- 3:22 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 9800 block North Lincoln Road, Syracuse. Officers completed a citizens’ assist.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 11:21 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 100 block West Main Street and North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of intimidation and disorderly conduct.
- 9:14 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2200 block East Durbin Street, Warsaw. Glen A. Douthitt reported the theft of tools.
- 6:13 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 400 block South Union Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of an animal bite.
- 11:52 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 500 block North Lake Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of an abandoned vehicle.
- 8:55 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 700 block East Smith Street, Warsaw. Ashley M. Hough turned in a set of keys belonging to Brittany L. Huston.
- 5:07 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 600 block West CR 300N, Warsaw. Representatives for Ulta reported theft. Items stolen include various fragrance bottles and a hairstyling product. Value: $2,600.99.
- 3:34 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 300 block South Washington Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of battery and theft. Value: $50.
- 7:06 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 500 block Gilliam Avenue, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of stalking and criminal mischief.
- 9:45 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 900 block Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Representatives for Forest Park reported a stolen license plate. Value: $20.
- 11:23 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 400 block West CR 250N, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of an abandoned vehicle.
