SOUTH WHITLEY — Whitko Community Schools will resume class Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Dear Wildcats,

Local law enforcement has lifted the potential threat to our students and staff members.

Whitko Community Schools’ classes and schedules will resume as normal tomorrow, Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Maintaining a solid sense of safety and security is a priority and we must respond as appropriately as possible when official reports are received.

The decision to close school today came just as employees and children were heading to Whitko schools and everyone’s flexibility, patience and understanding is appreciated.

And thank you for being a Whitko Wildcat.
