Local Realtor Graduates Indiana Realtors Leadership Academy

WARSAW — The Kosciusko Board of Realtors congratulates Ashley Black on successful completion of the Indiana Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
The Leadership Academy is a year-long training program designed for Realtor leaders. Program graduates attain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively assist buyers and sellers in the market. Sessions highlight team-building, leadership and professional development, communication exercises and accounting best practices.
Black is a member of the Julie Hall Team of Patton Hall Real Estate and a member of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors. Black has been a Realtor since 2017. She is committed to her profession and contributing meaningfully to her community. In addition to graduating from the Leadership Academy, Black has also achieved the National Association of Realtors Accredited Buyers Representative Designation. As an active member of the Community Outreach Committee, she plays a key role in organizing and participating in events that support the children of Kosciusko County.
The Kosciusko Board of Realtors represents 190 members locally in Kosciusko County with IAR representing approximately 20,870 Realtors statewide who are involved in virtually all aspects related to the sale, purchase, exchange or lease of real property in Indiana. The term Realtors is a registered mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of America’s largest trade association, the National Association of Realtors and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
