Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 6:29 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 500 block North Main Street, North Webster. Representatives for Sterling Contracting and Northwest Bank reported two fraudulent checks. Value: $8,008.
• 4:57 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 700 block Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Ryan M. LaFollette reported the theft of a license plate.
• 1:33 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 6300 block South CR 700W, Claypool. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery.
• 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, 100 block EMS B60B Lane, Warsaw. Kelly A. Reed reported fraud.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 7:09 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 5200 block East US 30 and East Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Officers investigated a report of a found vehicle.
