Felty “JR” Borntrager, 38, Nappanee, died Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, in Milford.

He was born July 5, 1986.

He is survived by his fiancee, Lisa “Wifey” Cook, Nappanee; five children, Jayden Borntrager, Warsaw, RaeLynn Borntrager, LaPorte, and Mya Morawski, Carson Cook and Abigail Dausman, all of Nappanee; mother, Barbara Ann Borntrager, Milford; nine siblings, LaVern (Jolena) Borntrager, Milford, Melvin (Brittany) Borntrager, Leesburg, David (Emily) Borntrager, Warsaw, Fannie Mae (Justin) Ramer, Goshen, Mary Ann (Alson) Burkholder, Wakarusa, Sarah Borntrager, Milford, Amanda Borntrager, Goshen, Daryl Borntrager, Milford, and Larry Borntrager, Milford; and father-in-law, Tim Cook, Nappanee.
