Frank Samuel “Bud” Stephens Jr., Ph.D., 93, North Manchester, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024, at Timbercrest Healthcare Center, North Manchester.

He was born June 30, 1931. In 1959, he married Mary Richardson. In 1982, he married Marie-Agnes Deleplanque, who survives.

He also is survived by his daughter, Carol (Rob) Sylvester, Chico, Calif.; two grandchildren; a nephew; and a niece.

Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash, is handling arrangements.
