Andrew Jeffery Horn, 56, Warsaw, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 11, 2024.

He was born June 3, 1968.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Wolfe, Warsaw; three sons, Drew (Ashley) Horn, Warsaw, Alex (Lanie) Horn, New Paris, and Payne Horn; and four grandchildren.

Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, is handling arrangements.
