Gregory J. “Beaver” Hamman, 70, of Leesburg, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at home.

He was born on Jan. 16, 1954, in Warsaw, to Jack and Ruth (Niebert) Hamman.

Greg spent several years working out West in Wyoming, and he also spent many years in the recreational vehicle industry with Skyline. Most recently, he was working for NAPA.

Greg is survived by his mother, Ruth (Clifford) Rider; his sister, Jane Vanator; his brother, Rick (Brenda) Hamman; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Matthew; sister, Jennie; as well as his father, Jack.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at the North Webster American Legion.
