Regina Marie (Bennett) Lackey, 61, Warsaw, died Monday, Aug. 5, 2024, at home.

She was born June 24, 1963. On April 6, 1992, she married Bruce A. Lackey, who survives.

She also is survived by two daughters, Alaina (Cody) McDonald, Akron, and Shanai (Cody) Utter, Athens; stepson, Matt Lackey, Merriam; and 15 grandchildren.
