Herbert L. Neff, 84, Syracuse, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2024, at home.

He was born Oct. 18, 1939

He is survived by three sisters, Donna Null, Syracuse, Sheryl Stabler, Warsaw, and Deanna Ott, Syracuse.
