WHITLEY COUNTY — The Indiana Department of Transportation is planning daily closures of SR 105 for culvert replacements.

Starting on or after Monday, July 29, crews will be working between West River Road and CR 1000S. Work on the project is expected to be complete by Tuesday, Aug. 6.

SR 105 will be reopened every night and during the weekend. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.

During the closure, drivers should use the approved detour of SR 5 and SR 114, or seek an alternative route.

INDOT encourages motorists to drive safely by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
