Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 10:03 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, North SR 13, south of East CR 150N, Pierceton. Driver: Lee Ann M. Evett, 67, East CR 800N, North Webster. Evett’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $25,000.
• 6:35 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, East CR 1250N, at the intersection of North East Wawasee Drive, Cromwell. Drivers: Linda Donaldson, 73, West 3rd Street, Ligonier; and Jerrod M. Canfield, 43, Home Avenue, Elkhart. Donaldson was traveling east on East CR 1250N when she failed to yield the right-of-way to Canfield’s vehicle. Donaldson was taken from the scene by a relative to a local hospital for head pain. Damage up to $25,000.
• 6:53 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, East CR 200N, east of North CR 300E, Leesburg. Driver: Victor H. Jaramillo, 32, Canterbury Lane, Warsaw. Jaramillo was traveling west on CR 200N when an unidentified vehicle traveled left of center. To avoid a head-on collision, Jaramillo said he swerved his vehicle, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and overturn, damaging crops in a soybean field. Damage up to $50,000.
• 2 p.m. Monday, July 1, South SR 15, at the intersection of West CR 300S, Warsaw. Drivers: Viki Rife, 68, West CR 350S, Warsaw; and Ismael Ortiz, 53, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Rife said she was stopped on CR 300S at the SR 15 intersection facing westbound. She said she looked both ways before turning left to travel southbound on SR 15 when Ortiz’s vehicle collided with her vehicle. Ortiz said he was traveling northbound on SR 15 when Rife’s vehicle pulled out in front of him, leading to the collision. Rife complained of lower leg pain. Ortiz complained of left arm pain. Rife was transported by Parkview Samaritan helicopter after the two-vehicle wreck on South SR 15 at the intersection of West CR 300S. Damage up to $25,000.
• 5:34 a.m. Monday, July 1, West CR 950S, east of South CR 550W, Silver Lake. Driver: David L. Jackson, 63, South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Jackson’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage under $1,000.
• 3:51 p.m. Sunday, June 30, North CR 150W, at the intersection of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Drivers: Pascual Martin Gaspar, 31, East Laurel Street, Seymour; and Lucas P. Mauricio Vitorico, 39, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Martin Gaspar failed to yield the right-of-way to Mauricio Vitorico’s vehicle at the North CR 150W and West CR 400N intersection. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:55 a.m. Sunday, June 30, Old SR 15, south of East CR 1000N, Milford. Driver: unknown. A green Ford F150 was found on its driver’s side in a corn field. The driver of the vehicle is unknown at this time. Damage up to $10,000.
• 11:27 a.m. Saturday, June 29, East US 30, Pierceton. Drivers: Patty L. Goldsby, 84, South Shore Court, Columbia City; and Louis G. Jordan, 68, West Boston Street, Syracuse. Goldsby’s vehicle went across the center line, hitting Jordan’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 7:46 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 9928 N. 200E, Milford. Driver: Nelssaint Vil, 50, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Vil pulled into a driveway to turn around when he hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
• 5:14 p.m. Friday, June 28, East CR 500N, at the intersection of EMS T6 Lane, Leesburg. Drivers: Ronald Ronsler, 86, EMS T7B Lane, Leesburg; and Eduardo Perez, 47, Rocky Glen Place, Fort Wayne. Ronsler was attempting to turn left onto East CR 500N and did not see Perez’s vehicle traveling west on East CR 500N. Perez’s vehicle hit the left rear corner area of Ronsler’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
• 12:39 p.m. Friday, June 28, East Old 30, at the intersection of Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Jeremy M. Morrison, 47, EMS B40C Lane, Leesburg; and Trenton L. Swihart, 32, South CR 250E, Warsaw. Morrison’s vehicle hit Swihart’s while he was attempting to turn onto Kosciusko Drive. Damage up to $2,500.
• 5:07 a.m. Friday, June 28, West CR 900N, west of North CR 700W, Nappanee. Driver: Kelsy J. Morningstar, 20, East Woodies Lane, Bremen. Morningstar’s vehicle left the roadway, hitting an REMC utility pole. Damage up to $50,000.
• 6 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, SR 13, at the intersection of East CR 1120N, Syracuse. Driver: Lyle J. Nisley, 59, North CR 675W, Shipshewana. Nisley’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage under $1,000.
• 3:30 a.m. Monday, June 24, South CR 300E, at the intersection of East CR 700S, Claypool. Driver: Renae A. Baker, 42, South High Street, North Manchester. Baker’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage under $1,000.
• 10:35 p.m. Friday, June 21, North SR 13, south of South Barbee Drive, Pierceton. Driver: John Hartsock, 37, Pape Avenue, Fort Wayne. Hartsock’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 8:47 p.m. Monday, July 1, Lake City Highway and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Makukh Myroslav, 57, Brookston Drive, Schaumburg, Ill.; and Tracy B. Quentin, 28, East SR 2, Rolling Prairie. Myroslav’s vehicle rear-ended Quentin’s vehicle at a stop light. Damage up to $5,000.
• 2:57 p.m. Monday, July 1, SR 15 and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Adam N. Booth, 45, Fairwood Lane, Chattanooga, Tenn.; and George D. Crawford, 74, Bay Circle Drive, Warsaw. Booth’s vehicle advanced as the train arms lifted at a green light, but the light turned red and Booth’s vehicle struck Crawford’s vehicle in the intersection. Damage up to $10,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, 6400 block West Olson Road, Rochester. Driver: Henry J. Paulson, 26, Rochester. Paulson’s vehicle missed a curve and went off the roadway.
