Jack R. Hartman, 54, Elkhart, died Sunday, June 23, 2024, at home.

He was born Sept. 22, 1969. On Oct. 24, 1998, he married Diane Robbins, who survives.

He also is survived by two children, Zachary and Mandee Hartman, both of Elkhart; his mother, Sandra Hartman, Milford; and a sister.

Yoder-Culp Crematory, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
