Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 3:40 p.m. Thursday, June 6, West CR 1350N, at the intersection of North CR 400W, Milford. Drivers: Michael A. Pelphrey, 54, East Lantern Road, Warsaw; and Jason M. Laudeman, 38, SR 10, Bourbon. Pelphrey didn’t see Laudeman’s vehicle and went into his path, causing a collision. Damage up to $25,000.
• 6:58 a.m. Thursday, June 6, West SR 14, east of South CR 500W, Silver Lake. Driver: Jared M. Frantz, 39, South CR 950W, South Whitley. Frantz’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 5:57 a.m. Thursday, June 6, West CR 600N, west of North CR 400W, Leesburg. Driver: Thomas G. Grubbs, 47, West Hoffman Lake Road, Warsaw. Grubbs’ vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $50,000.
• 3:16 a.m. Thursday, June 6, South SR 25, north of East CR 200S, Warsaw. Driver: Jamie L. Geib, 20, Northwest Lakeshore Drive, Macy. Geib avoided a collision with a deer, causing her to go into a field. Damage up to $5,000.
• 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, East US 30 at the intersection of South CR 325E, Warsaw. Drivers: Spencer J. Cummings, 37, South SR 25, Warsaw; and Ross A. Feller, 60, Zion Road, Gambier, Ohio. Cummings pulled out in front of Feller’s vehicle, causing a collision. Feller’s vehicle rolled. Feller was checked out by EMS. Damage up to $25,000.
• 5:53 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, South Country Club Road, south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Driver: Elizabeth A. Ireland, 40, West Tanner Street, Servia. Ireland’s vehicle hit a raccoon. Damage up to $2,500.
• 5:49 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, South CR 650W, north of West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Driver: Kevin Perkins, 53, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Perkins’ vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $2,500.
• 5 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, South CR 800W at the intersection of West CR 100S, Etna Green. Driver: Amber M. Day, 36, South CR 900W, Mentone. A deer collided with Day’s vehicle. Damage under $1,001.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, CR 75N and CR 1000W, Kewanna. Driver: Samantha M. Morris, 19, Walkerton. Her vehicle hit a curb and rolled three times. She refused medical treatment.
