Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 4:59 p.m. Thursday, May 30, SR 15, south of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Elizabeth K. Forschner, 20, North Elder Road, Larwill; and Luke E. Snyder, 18, Poplar Street, Warsaw. Forschner’s vehicle rear-ended Snyder’s. Damage up to $10,000.
• 6:02 a.m. Thursday, May 30, US 30, west of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Driver: Nathaniel J. Goffinet, 46, Shively Road, Lakeville. Goffinet’s vehicle left the roadway and entered a ditch. Damage up to $10,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 8:38 a.m. Thursday, May 30 SR 25, Rochester. Driver: Jason A. Kern, 48, Peru. Hit deer.
• 3:01 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 3400 block Strawberry Lane, Rochester. Driver: Chris Danielson, 42, Rochester. Danielson’s pickup truck hit a mailbox after he fell asleep.
