Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 6:40 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, West SR 14 and South CR 200W, Silver Lake. Drivers: Lucas P. Gilbertson, 27, 300 block Jefferson Street, Silver Lake; and Randy J. Lemler, 58, 200 block North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Gilbertson’s vehicle failed to yield the right of way and was hit by Lemler’s vehicle in an intersection. Both vehicles ended up in a field. Damages up to $25,000.
• 11:50 a.m. Thursday, May 23, 4700 block North SR 13, Tippecanoe. Driver: Don R. Tricker, 73, 5500 block North CR 450E, Leesburg. Tricker’s vehicle reversed into an unoccupied parked vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.
• 6:23 a.m. Thursday, May 23, West SR 10, Bourbon. Driver: Lacey M. Nifong, 36, 18400 block Gumwood Road, Argos. Nifong’s vehicle hit a deer. Damages up to $5,000.
• 11:57 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, South CR 700E and East CR 1000S, South Whitley. Driver: Charles E. Bosell, 60, 70000 East CR 250S, Andrews. Bosell’s vehicle hit a deer. Damages up to $10,000.
