Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 11:06 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, North SR 25 and East CR 375N, Rochester. Driver: Jason L. Reed, 49, Rochester. Reed’s vehicle went around a curve and rolled into a field. Reed was transported by Lutheran Air for a head wound.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 3:55 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2200 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Caitlin M. Neer, 21, North Thayer Street, Bourbon; and Emma C. Patrick, 17, East Penny Drive, Warsaw. Neer’s vehicle hit Patrick’s vehicle while reversing from a parking space. Damages up to $5,000.
• 2:19 p.m. Thursday, May 9, Commerce Drive and Access Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Andrew J. McDonald, 16, East Levi Road, Warsaw; and Stephen R. Flenar, East Lantern Road, Warsaw. McDonald’s vehicle hit Flenar’s vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.
• 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, East Market Street and South Harrison Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jayla N. Barhydt, 18, North Southwinds Trail, Warsaw; and Penny R. Sands, 54, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Barhydt’s vehicle hit Sands’ vehicle in an intersection. Damages up to $10,000.
• 1:26 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, South Lake Street and West Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: William A. Music Jr., 52, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Music Jr.’s vehicle hit an unoccupied parked vehicle, then left the scene. Music Jr. was later found to be operating while intoxicated and charged with OWI and leaving the scene of an accident. Damages up to $25,000.
