CROMWELL — A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a Cromwell man.

The Cromwell Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Jerry Moore, an 85-year-old white man who is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. Jerry was last seen wearing a gray coat, blue jeans and black leather shoes.

Jerry is missing from Cromwell and was last seen at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 30. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
