Jack Birch has been an attorney for 33 years. Jack has been preparing to serve as circuit judge for many years. He has continually honed his skills as a trial lawyer. Jack has developed a mastery of the wide variety of cases that are heard by the circuit court, such as business disputes, criminal, real estate, land use and zoning, personal injury, and probate, to name only a few.

He has conducted innumerable trials, both criminal and civil, both to a jury and to the court, over the past 30 or more years. He has substantial experience working with all of the other county government offices.

For nearly 30 years, Jack continues to be a trusted friend and attorney to me. I know Jack to be a community leader and dedicated public servant. Jack has the knowledge, experience, integrity and temperament and is prepared to serve on Day 1 as our next judge of the Kosciusko Circuit Court.
