Thomas D. Osborn, 76, Culver, died Thursday, April 18, 2024.

He was born Aug. 16, 1947.

He is survived by his sister, Linda (Osborn) Fletcher; brother, Bruce Osborn; a niece; and two nephews.

Odom Funeral Home, Culver, is handling arrangements.
