Donna Sue Crutchfield, 71, Columbia City, died Saturday, April 20, 2024, at home.

She was born Aug. 27, 1952.

She is survived by her daughters, Julie (Donnie) Sparks and Melanie (Dan) Nolan; five grandchildren; sister, Dorothy (James “Jim”) Gause; and brother, Doug (Shannon) Gowen.

DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
