Herbert L. Lent, 88, Cromwell, died Monday, April 15, 2024, at Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne.

He was born July 16, 1935. On March 2, 1956, he married Lorraine Rose Alexander.

They had five children, Sylvia (Larry) Eary, Goshen, Diane (Terry) Egolf, Cromwell, Lisa (Richard) Storms, Syracuse, Melissa (James) Sroufe, Cromwell, and James (Teri Hire) Lent, Cromwell; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. He also had two sisters, Naomi L. Okey, Coal Run, Ohio, and Carol Blair, Daytona Beach, Fla.

Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier, is handling arrangements.
