Jeffrey Glenn Western, 64, Columbia City, died unexpectedly at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

He was born Jan. 14, 1960. He is survived by his siblings, Steven (Jill) Western, Larwill, Gloria (Michael) Reimer, Columbia City, and Suzanne Western, Fort Wayne; four nephews and a niece; and three great-nieces and nine great-nephews.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
