UPDATE: Winona Lake Woman Flown From Two-Vehicle Accident Near Silver Lake

SILVER LAKE — A Winona Lake woman was flown from a two-vehicle accident near Silver Lake on March 29.
At approximately 3:54 p.m. Friday, March 29, Silver Lake Fire was dispatched to a two-vehicle T-bone accident at the intersection of South County Farm Road and SR 14.
According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Emma N. Marshall, 22, Winona Lake, was traveling north on County Farm Road in a silver 2012 Ford Focus. Marshall stopped her vehicle at the intersection of County Farm Road and SR 14, then continued onto the road, when her vehicle was hit and pushed into a ditch by a white 2017 Ford F-550, driven by Joshua A. Bruner, 35, Silver Lake.
According to the KSCO report, Bruner stated he was traveling west on SR 14 and saw Marshall’s vehicle as his truck crested the hill, but was not able to stop in time. Bruner was uninjured.
Marshall was flown by Parkview Samaritan for complaints of head, neck and back pain.
Damages are estimated up to $50,000.
