WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Extension Homemakers will be holding their annual Nelson’s Port-A-Pit event Friday, May 10, at the JB’s Furniture parking lot on East Center Street in Warsaw.

Pre-sale tickets are available from any Kosciusko County Extension Homemaker member. Pre-sale chicken tickets are $9 and Pit-tatoes tickets are $5.

Tickets the day of the event are $10 for chicken and $5 for potatoes.

The money raised from the event is used to help sponsor three scholarships that are given each spring.
