Milford Man Arrested For Domestic Battery

WARSAW — A Milford man was recently arrested for allegedly battering a woman.
Isaac Sebe Pena, 35, 1444 E. Camp Mack Road, Milford, is charged with domestic battery with a child under 16 years of age present and domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, both level 6 felonies; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On March 23, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a report of a physical altercation at a residence. Upon arrival at the scene, the deputy spoke with a woman, who said she was in a verbal argument with Pena which turned physical.
According to court documents, Pena pushed the woman and hit her face. The deputy noticed blood in the woman’s mouth and nose, an abrasion on her neck, and redness and swelling on her face. A child was inside the home during the altercation.
Pena told the deputy he had a verbal argument with the woman, which turned physical when the woman pushed his face. Pena said he pushed the woman away in self-defense. The deputy noticed a small scratch on Pena’s forehead.
Pena was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on March 23, with a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
