Keith Thomas Dailey, 55, Warsaw, and formerly of LaFontaine, passed away at 11:29 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne.

He was born on Feb. 27, 1969.

Survivors include his parents, Larry and Janet Dailey, both of LaFontaine; two sons, Kevin and Nathan Dailey, both of Warsaw; one daughter, Kaitlyn Dailey, St. Joseph, Mich.; and one sister, Angela (Dailey) Underwood, LaFontaine.
