Isabella H.S. Liebetrau, 81, Syracuse, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Avalon Village, Ligonier.

She was born on Oct. 12, 1942.

Survivors include her loving husband of 47 years, Karel Liebetrau, Syracuse; their children: Gorette (Brendan), Chicago, Ill., Shelley (Mornay), Cape Town, South Africa, and Hester Siquilla, Warsaw; six grandchildren; one brother, Mannetjie (Miemie); and two sisters, Anita (Dave) and Miemie, South Africa.
