Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 3:52 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Driver: David M. Miracle Jr., 21, Cross Street, Goshen. Miracle was turning out of a parking space when he hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
- 2:16 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, Anchorage Road, near US 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Dale S. Roberts, 51, West Dawn Drive, Silver Lake; and Kayla N. Yates, 32, West CR 100N, Cromwell. Roberts’ vehicle rear-ended Yates’. Damage up to $5,000.
- 11:37 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, SR 15, north of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: John L. Craig, 79, Beechnut Court, Warsaw; and Mallory K. Detweiler, 34, Greystone Drive, Warsaw. Craig was attempting to merge into a different lane of travel when he hit Detweiler’s vehicle. Craig complained of knee pain. Damage up to $5,000.
- 3:29 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, East Fort Wayne Street, near North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Caleb V. Myers, 18, East Main Street, Warsaw; and Daniel E. Spalding, 61, South 23rd Street, South Bend. Myers was attempting to enter eastbound traffic from a parking area when he hit Spalding’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
- 9:39 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, East Center Street, near North Scott Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Cristal Slaman, 48, North Lake Street, Warsaw; and Michael Creighton, 80, Parent Drive, Warsaw. Creighton was traveling north, entering the East Center Street and North Scott Street intersection at a green light when Slaman ran a red light, hitting Creighton’s vehicle. Slaman was traveling via motorcycle and sustained a facial abrasion. Slaman was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital for further evaluation. Damage up to $10,000.
- 7:49 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 75 Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Ashley M. Zentz, 36, North Orchard Drive Apartment 4, Warsaw. Zentz was backing her vehicle when she a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
- 6:29 p.m. Monday, March 18, East Old Road 30, near East US 30, Warsaw. Driver: Norman J. Zile Jr., 52, Rolling Hills Avenue, Columbia City. Zile was beginning to travel west on East US 30 at a green light when a bicyclist entered his path of travel. The bicyclist, Amanda L. Cantrell, 39, Warsaw, said she thought she could make it across the intersection before westbound traffic started moving. Cantwell was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital for head pain. Damage under $1,000.
- 7:45 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2519 E. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: unknown. A vehicle owned by Aron B. Howe, Warsaw, was parked and unoccupied when it rolled through a parking lot and hit a utility trailer. Damage up to $5,000.
