Jack Phillip Lambright, 59, Madison, died Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center, Louisville, Ky.

He was born April 18, 1964.

He is survived by his mother, Marie (Prince) Lambright, Goshen; two children, Jacob (Abbie) Lambright, Goshen, and Sarah Lambright, Billings, Mont.; a granddaughter; and four siblings, Deb (Willy) Miller, Shipshewana, Susie (James) Cassel, Irving, Texas, Gary Smith, Goshen, and Mike (Cheryl) Smith, Nappanee.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
