Robert L. “Bobby” Cleveland
Robert L. “Bobby” Cleveland, 71, Warsaw, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, at Warsaw Meadows.
Bobby was born in Warsaw, Sept. 6, 1952 to Raymond Russell “Bud” Cleveland and Betty June (Miner) Busselberg. He graduated from Mentone High School with the class of 1971. In his younger years, Bobby raced motorcycles and go-karts.
He worked in the Warsaw area and was most recently working in the plumbing department at Menards.
Bobby was quiet and had a quick wit. He was a huge NASCAR fan and watched the Indianapolis 500. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, listening to the Beatles, cookouts and was usually found watching his favorite TV shows. He was baptized at the Grace Outreach Fellowship, Tippecanoe.
He is survived by his siblings; Toni (Jack) Koser, Warsaw, Brad (Marsha) Cleveland, Warsaw and Ken “Boomer” (Kim) Busselberg, Warsaw; daughter, Julie (Rodney) Shilling, Leesburg; grandchildren; Kaytlin (John) Wood and Elizabeth (Alex Contreras) Shilling; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; Alexis Busselberg, Holly Busselberg, Serina (Chris) Pranger, Vince (Deb) Webster and Kimberly (Bobby) Blick, as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents.
McHatton Sadler Funeral Homes is handling arrangements. Per his request, private family services will be held.
