Carol Sue Lanning, age 78, of Bremen, died at 12:00 a.m. Sunday, March 3, 2024 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center after an ongoing illness. She was born April 23, 1945 in Piqua, OH. Carol married Jerry Lanning April 29, 1966.

Carol is survived by her husband, Jerry; children, Michele Ritchie, Nappanee, Cheri Steele, Syracuse, Jeffrey (Abby) Lanning, South Bend; sisters, Marianne Ervin and Pauline Adamson, both of Nappanee and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2024 and from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 8th at Bremen Church of the Brethren. Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday.
