Warsaw Man Arrested For Dealing Drugs To Undercover Officers

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested for dealing drugs to undercover officers on two separate occasions.
Andrew Steven Secor, 37, 3762 W. Old Road 30 Lot 28E, Warsaw, is charged with two counts of dealing methamphetamine, both level 2 felonies; two counts of possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, both level 3 felonies; and two counts of unlawful carrying of a handgun, both level 5 felonies.
Sometime between April 1 and April 30, 2023, the NET 43 Drug Task Force made two controlled purchases of meth from Secor while he was in possession of a firearm. NET 43 purchased a total of 31.4 grams of meth from Secor.
Secor has prior convictions for marijuana possession, resisting law enforcement, fraud, theft, residential entry, battery resulting in bodily injury, meth possession, forgery, and burglary.
Secor was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Feb. 22, 2024, with a $76,000 surety and cash bond.
