Dalecarlia Jean Warner, 65, Silver Lake, died Friday, Feb. 23, 2024, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital.

She was born May 25, 1958. Her husband of 49 years, Jerry H. Warner, survives.

She also is survived by her children, Jerry (Melinda) R. Warner, Jennifer Lynn Gonzalez, Micheal Eugene Warner and Jeffery (Rebecca Vanthoff) Kent Warner; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Leslie Wade; and sister, Beverly Smith.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Warsaw, is handling arrangements.
