Graber Arrested For Inappropriately Touching Himself In Front Of Three Children

GOSHEN — A Milford man was arrested in Elkhart County for allegedly inappropriately touching himself while in the presence of three Amish children.
Matthew W. Graber, 41, P.O. Box 542, Milford, is charged with two counts of performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor, both level 6 felonies.
On Dec. 16, 2021, an Elkhart County Sheriff’s officer responded to a call from a Clinton Center School board member about an incident that occurred on Dec. 15, 2021. Three Amish students reported that a man parked near the school and played with and exposed his genitals to the children.
The same three students reported a similar incident involving the same individual happening in September 2021. All three of the students were interviewed on March 1, 2022.
According to court documents, one of the children said they were traveling to school when they saw a man, later identified as Graber, inappropriately touch himself. The child described the type of vehicle Graber was driving.
All three children said they witnessed this happen on two separate occasions.
In an interview on March 4, 2022, Graber admitted to inappropriately touching himself in front of the three children on two occasions.
Graber was booked in the Elkhart County Correctional Complex on Feb. 7, 2024.
