• 2:42 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, 18000 block East Fifth Street, New Paris. S. LeRoy Holdread reported the theft of his Borden trash can.

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 7:03 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, North US 31 and East SR 110, Rochester. A caller reported a semitrailer driving recklessly.
• 6:52 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, 14000 block East CR 100S, Akron. Officers responded to reports of a fight.
• 5:56 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, 300 block East Aurora Street, Kewanna. A caller reported finding drug paraphernalia in their trash.
• 5:01 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, 14000 block East CR 100S, Akron. A caller reported a person was violating a protective order.
• 9:45 p.m Wednesday, Jan. 31, 1000 block Bessmore Park, Rochester. Officers responded to a report of a fight.
• 7:58 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, East SR 14 and South CR 700E, Akron. A caller reported a vehicle hit a sign and left the roadway.
• 5:06 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 1000 block South CR 1450E, Akron. A caller reported a fight.
• 2:41 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, West SR 14 and South CR 600W, Rochester. A caller reported a vehicle driving recklessly.
• 1:56 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, South US 31 and Wabash Avenue, Rochester. A caller reported there was a shredded semitrailer tire in the southbound lane. An officer removed the debris. 
• 8:01 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, West SR 110 and North CR 500W, Rochester. A caller reported cows were alongside the roadway.
