Michael Robert Scott, 62, Walkerton, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2024, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Plymouth.

He was born Jan. 6, 1962. On Oct. 17, 2015, he married Cheah Minix, who survives.

He also is survived by his stepdaughter, Devyn Linhart, Walkerton; mother, Martha Thacker, Walkerton; stepsister, Kari (John) Ludvig, Bourbonnais, Ill.; stepbrother, Kurt Thacker, Momence, Ill.; in-laws, Dyke (Carol) Minix, Rochester, and Terri (Rodney) Edgington, Culver.

Deaton-Clemens Van Gilder Funeral Home, Plymouth, is handling arrangements.
