Joe McKeigue

Joseph Francis “Joe” McKeigue Jr., of Warsaw, passed away at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Warsaw at the age of 81.

He was born on Oct. 2, 1942, in Warsaw, to Viola (Smith) and Joseph McKeigue Sr. He was married on Feb. 29, 1984, to Janet Marie Perkins. Joe and Janet would have celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary this year.

Joe McKeigue spent 81 years in the Warsaw area. Perpetually self-employed, he was positive, resourceful and trustworthy. He was a man of character. A man worth knowing. He will be missed.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Janet McKeigue, Warsaw; stepson, Robert Simcox, Fort Wayne; and his sister, Jane Perry, Tucson, Ariz. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Viola; and his sister, Judy.

Joe’s family will mourn his passing privately. Your thoughts and prayers are appreciated.
