Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 2:28 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, West CR 600N and North CR 200W, Leesburg. Drivers:  Emma Moore, 17, North CR 200W, Warsaw; and Jared Polk, 33, South East Ridge North Drive, Warsaw. Polk’s vehicle struck Moore’s after Moore failed to yield the right of way. She was transported to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for facial injuries and abdomen pain. Damage up to $100,000.

• 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, North SR 19 and West CR 900N, Nappanee. Drivers: Kevin Damron, 51, Cedar Road, Bourbon; and Andrew Sellers, 32, North CR 300E, Leesburg. An accident occurred in the intersection. Damage up to $5,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 3:34 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29, West CR 375N and North CR 100W, Rochester. Driver: Rodney G. Talbott, 57, Rochester. Talbott’s vehicle hit a deer.
• 7:31 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 8000 block of West CR 400N, Rochester. Driver: Reese J. Herrell, 17, Culver. Herrell’s car hit a deer.
