Madaline L. (Fisher) Sommers, 90, Star City, passed away peacefully at 4:35 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024, at Woodbridge Health Campus, Logansport.

She was born on March 22, 1933. On Nov. 25, 1951, she married her high school sweetheart, Richard L. Sommers. He preceded her in death on Jan.19, 2014.

Survivors include her children, David L. Sommers (Dottie), Kewanna, Daniel L. Sommers, West Lafayette, and Betty L. Anderson (Steve), Lafayette; sister Katherine Moore (Leroy), New Mexico; seven grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
