Jack Allen Gaunt, 86, West Lafayette, formerly of Wabash, also of Beaver Dam Lake, died at 6:36 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, at Franciscan Health Lafayette East Hospital, Lafayette.

He was born May 26, 1937. On Oct. 27, 1973, he married Nancy Ann Rupley, who preceded him in death in 2020.

He is survived by three daughters, Deborah (Richard) McCormick, West Lafayette, Mary Jayne (Jeff) Steele, Wabash, and Tracy Gaunt, North Webster; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jane Alexander, Nashville, Tenn., and Janice Wilson, McKinney, Texas.
